We offer a limited number of places for international students from Year 5 onwards, and recommend applying at least one year prior to the proposed entry date.

The application process is simple and transparent. Once you’ve gathered the required documents, the steps below outline what to expect from application to confirmation of enrolment. We welcome applications from international girls from Year 5 to Year 11. As places are limited and often in high demand, families are encouraged to apply early.

Application
Your path to Korowa in Melbourne, Australia, starts here
Simply click "Start Application" below to begin the process. Ensure you have a copy of your student's passport and their most recent school report, translated into English.
Interview & Offer
Students and parents or guardians will be invited to attend an enrolment interview (this can be conducted either in person or via Microsoft Teams). If the student is successful, you will receive a formal written Enrolment Agreement, and an offer of place.
Enrolment Confirmation
To confirm their enrolment, families will return the signed Enrolment Agreement, and pay the first semester’s fees and enrolment fees as outlined. You will also need to provide evidence of living arrangements and, if required, ELICOS enrolment.
How to Prepare
Before starting at Korowa, students may need to complete required English tuition, as indicated by their AEAS result. Once the student’s language proficiency requirements are met, they can join the school in the next available intake.

Can international students enrol at Korowa?
Yes. Korowa welcomes international students who meet the School’s enrolment requirements and are able to benefit from a Korowa education. Applications are considered carefully to ensure each student is well supported academically, socially and emotionally.
What year levels are available for international students?
International enrolment is typically offered at selected year levels from Year 5 and up, depending on availability and the student’s educational background. Families are encouraged to contact the School to discuss the most suitable entry point for their daughter.
What level of English proficiency is required?
International students are expected to have a level of English proficiency that allows them to engage confidently with the curriculum and school life. English language requirements are assessed as part of the application process, and support structures are in place to assist students as they transition into learning at Korowa.
What support is available for international students?
Korowa provides a caring and structured environment for international students, with strong pastoral care and wellbeing support. Students are supported to settle into school life, build friendships and engage fully in both academic and co-curricular opportunities.
Does Korowa offer homestay or accommodation assistance?
Korowa does not have boarding facilities, but we work with families and approved providers to support appropriate accommodation arrangements for international students. Details are discussed as part of the enrolment process to ensure students are placed in safe, supportive living environments.
