Step 1: Application
Submit your application easily and securely through our online portal. This is the first step in joining Korowa and starting your daughter’s journey with us.
There is a non-refundable Application Fee of $200, which is waived for the children and grandchildren of Korovians (alumni).
Step 2: Confirmation
Once your application is submitted, our Enrolment Team will be in touch to confirm your intention to enrol and guide you through the next steps. We’ll collect any additional information needed, such as school reports, educational specialist assessments, NAPLAN results, and an official Immunisation History Statement. If your daughter’s intended year of entry is some time away, we’ll contact you about 18–24 months beforehand to begin gathering this information. If she is joining sooner, we’ll be in touch right away. Our team ensures the process is simple, clear, and supportive so your daughter’s enrolment journey stays on track.
Step 3: Interview
You and your child will be invited to meet with the Principal or the relevant Head of School. This is an opportunity for us to get to know your family, and for you to ask any questions about life at Korowa. Following the interview, a formal offer of enrolment may be made. To secure your daughter’s place, we ask that the offer be accepted by the due date; offers not accepted within this timeframe may be offered to other families.
Step 4: Offer Acceptance
To confirm your child's place at Korowa, please return the signed Confirmation of Enrolment form along with the non-refundable Enrolment Fee of $1450. As a special acknowledgment, children and grandchildren of Korovians (alumni) are eligible for a 10% discount on the enrolment fee.

Step 5: Holding Deposit
To secure your child's place for their first year at Korowa, a $2500 holding deposit will be due in the month of March before they start at Korowa. This deposit is credited against Term 2 school fees in the first year. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Step 6: Orientation & Transition
In the year before starting, students in Prep, Year 5, and Year 7 take part in a transition program designed to support them through this exciting change. They’ll meet new classmates and staff, and become familiar with the school environment before their first day. ELC children attend an orientation day in the week prior to starting, helping them feel confident and comfortable.
All other new students participate in personalised orientation activities, tailored to their needs, so every girl begins her Korowa journey with support and confidence.

How do I apply for my daughter to attend Korowa?
You can start the process by completing the online application form at the top of this page. Alternatively, email our Enrolments team at enrolments@korowa.vic.edu.au.
Once you've submitted your application, our team will guide you through the next steps, including confirmation of enrolment, interviews and orientation.
When should I apply?
Applications can be submitted at any time with many families applying years in advance. For families applying for entry in the near future, we recommend applying as early as possible to secure a place. For entry further ahead, we’ll contact you 18–24 months beforehand to begin gathering required documentation.
What documents do I need to complete an application?
Depending on your child's age and year level, we may request school reports, NAPLAN results, immunisation history, and any relevant educational specialist assessments. Our Enrolments Team will provide clear guidance on exactly what is needed at each stage.
How much does it cost to enrol?
To apply for a place on the waiting list there is a non-refundable fee of $200 per student (maximum of $400 per family). This fee is waived for the children and grandchildren of Korovians.
If an offer is made, a non-refundable Enrolment Fee of $1450 is payable to confirm the offer, and a $2500 holding deposit is required to secure her place, which is credited against Term 2 fees.
