We’re delighted to welcome Christian Lawless as Korowa Anglican Girls’ School’s new Director of Corporate Support Services.
Christian brings over 20 years of experience in financial leadership, governance, risk and operations. Most recently, he was CFO and Company Secretary at Melbourne Girls Grammar, where he oversaw finance, compliance, property and enterprise agreements. He was instrumental in delivering the $28.5 million Artemis Centre and led the development of a 20-year Master Plan.
Christian is a strategic and student-focused leader, known for driving operational excellence and leading effective, outcomes-driven teams. With a deep understanding of the independent school sector, he brings a strong commitment to creating environments that enable students and staff to thrive.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law from Monash University, is a Chartered Accountant, and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors‘ Course. Christian also contributes to the education and community sectors through various board and advisory roles.
