Suitable accommodation is essential for International Students and all arrangements must be approved by the School.
Unless an International Student is residing with their parents or an approved relative, it is expected that the student will reside in a homestay arrangement.
The School uses an approved agency to organise homestay places for international students. All homestay providers must provide a satisfactory Working with Children Check and meet legislative requirements.
All homestays are inspected periodically by the International Student Coordinator. Where the homestay arrangement is deemed unsatisfactory by the School, alternative arrangements must be made immediately.
The School must approve all accommodation and welfare arrangements for International Students during school holiday periods.
