Premier's Award for Korowa Art Student

One of Korowa Anglican Girls' School's 2010 graduates, Jess Ginberg, has been awarded a Premier’s VCE Award for her studies in Art.
The Premier’s VCE Awards acknowledge the outstanding results of individual students but also pay tribute to teachers who provide invaluable support and encouragement to students during their VCE studies.

Jess achieved a top VCE study score of 50 for Art, which she says was a welcome surprise.

“It came out of the blue to be honest. Although I never considered myself an ‘artist', I always loved studying Art. It just goes to show that you really do better in a subject you love,” she said.

Now in the midst of a gap year progam with the Australian Defence Force where she is completing intensive soldier training, Jess will commence an Arts/Law degree at Monash University next year.
