Big Day In 2008

The coin trail in particular was embraced by students across all houses; a total of 14000 5 cent coins were collected, amounting to over $700! The House Captains would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who contributed to the Big Day In, especially our co-ordinators Mrs Young and Ms Sterck, without whom this huge fundraising event would have been impossible. Well done also to those who got into the spirit of the day with some amazing costumes from all around the world. This phenomenal contribution is appreciated not only within Korowa, but also on a more global level by our friends in Bangladesh. Can't wait until next year!
