FO Snowsports
The emphasis is on participation and competition (skiing and snowboarding) in a team environment culminating in the Victorian Interschool Snow Sports Championships at Mt Buller each August.
Dry land training during winter is held at school, with two on-mountain training weekends. Parental support for this team is vital for supervision, transport and accommodation. Dinners for parents and team members are held during the season making this a social, friendly group. Regular fundraising activities are undertaken.
School Snowsports Colours are awarded and each year the girls elect a Snowsports Captain from Senior and Junior School.
The Club welcomes all skiers and snowboarders of any ability from Year 2 to 12.
